Dr. Nelson received her Chiropractic degree in 1998 from Palmer College of Chiropractic. She also has a B.S. degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic. Palmer is widely regarded as the "fountainhead" of Chiropractic; it is the oldest and most respected Chiropractic college. In 2003, she received her Diplomate in Chiropractic Pediatrics signifying three years of post-doctorate education in the care of children and pregnant women.
Teaching others to make good decisions regarding their health is extremely important to Dr. Nelson. Because of this she speaks in school classrooms and donates her time educating various civic organizations.
Dr. Nelson loves spending time with her daughter Reagan, husband Jeff and animals. They all love cheering for the Iowa Hawkeyes. She plays sand volleyball and softball in the Bettendorf area and loves to stamp, scrapbook, read and sew. |

Dr. Goulet graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in October 2003. She received her bachelor’s degree in biology from East Stroudsburg University in Pennsylvania, where she is originally from. She is currently pursuing her diplomate in chiropractic pediatrics, a three year post graduate program than focuses on the health of children and pregnant women. In the office she enjoys adjusting men, women and children and helping everyone attain better health. Outside the office you will find her working with her husband Tim who is a full-time youth pastor. They have two children, Ethan and Karyn, who keep them very busy at home! She also enjoys decorating, gardening, and warm, sunny days outside! |

Dr. Friemel is a 2003 graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic. She currently holds chiropractic licenses in three states: Kentucky, Illinois, and Iowa, having practiced in all three. In 2007, she received her Diplomate in Acupuncture through the International Academy of Medical Acupuncture documenting over 400 hours of post-graduate study.
Dr. Friemel is originally from Bettendorf, having attended PVHS. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She and her husband, John, enjoy golfing together and attending many concerts featuring 80’s rock-and-roll & country artists. |

Cyndi Cullinan
Licensed Massage Therapist Cyndi graduated from the Institute of Massage and Wellness. Cyndi works with clients using trigger points, reflexology, Swedish, and prenatal massage.
Cyndi also works at the Bettendorf YMCA teaching water exercise classes.
In her spare time she enjoys NASCAR, scrapbooking and spending time with her husband Bruce and 2 sons, ages 15 and 8. |

Office Manager
Christina is the Office Manager at Nelson Chiropractic. Originally from California, Christina currently resides in Moline, IL. Christina has an extensive background in Customer Service, so she takes pride in making sure every patient feels comfortable and confident while visiting our office. When Christina is not working, she is enjoys spending time with friends, watching movies, and the NFL (Go Niners!) |

Vanessa Soliz
Chiropractic Assistant
Vanessa was born, raised, and still resides in Moline, IL. She is the youngest of three children and has crowned herself the family Princess.
After over 5 years of attending college at Western Illinois University and have previously worked for Dr. Traci Nelson as a receptionist, Vanessa is once again employed at Nelson Chiropractic as a Chiropractic Assistant. Currently she is pursuing to earn her degree in communications. She also finds time to be a sales associate at Bath and Body Works in Southpark Mall. It is natural for Vanessa to develop and maintain fun as well as professional patient and customer relationships.
Vanessa is 24 years old and her perfect day would include shopping, traveling, and golfing. However, right now it is priority to pay off her monumental student loans. Her optimistic, dynamic, and resourceful personality maintains a glass more than half full of refreshing lemonade because life has thrown her a few lemons. |

Wendy Bowen
Wendy graduated from the University of Iowa in 1998 with a degree in Business, specializing in marketing. She has done marketing for banks, worked in retail, and been a payroll specialist. Wendy has lived in many places since graduating from college including Turkey, Colorado, and Texas. Wendy currently lives in Burlington, Iowa with her husband and three children. She is very involved in the community. Wendy and her husband co-founded the Ryan Bowen Family Foundation in 2003. The foundation raises money to give back to youth-in-sports in Southeast Iowa. She is also an active member in P.E.O. and enjoys attending regular MOPS meetings.
In her free time, Wendy enjoys spending time with her family, shopping, reading, and playing tennis. On a side note, Dr. Nelson is Wendy’s sister-in-law.
